dallas bday dinner

so dallas turned 16 yesterday
she didnt want a party
just the money that i wouldve spent and dinner
she picked toots
so we picked dalton up
and went to toots
we had a nice dinner and dallas had a good time

but there was poop
isnt there always
and kooper not wanting to be in his chair ( i brought the dvd player to keep him entertained with how to train your dragon)
he would not stop looking at the tv when we tried to take it away to eat he screamed
and me being the mom i am
said
just let him watch it
so for awhile he eats and watches
then he no longer want to sit
he is up and out.. staring at the games
then runs off
then is chased and brought back to the table
he refuses to get in chair
again me the great mom
ask the 2 year old what do you want to do
he responds sit on floor
what does the good mom do
lets him..
under the table with the dvd player
which is where he sat until they brought the cake


they had just brought the food
emory was making his face..
you know the ones babies get when they are pooping

he pooped
but he was happy
we had hot food
as long as he was happy i wasnt going to mees with him
i mean really who wants to change a poop then go right back to eatting
yes i know
good mom right

well we eat
wayne is finishing when emory starts to fuss
so he picks him up
we notice that they are getting the cake out and ready for dallas
so we decided to wait on changing his diaper

large mistake on our part
but we wait still
they are getting people together to sing
we wait

as we wait
the poop starts coming up the back of the diaper
and up emorys back
wayne is still holding him
when it happens
the shirt is up the poop is out
smeared all over emory and starting to get on wayne
i had him a wipe as i giggle
he wipes it gets worse
i have turned to full blown laughing
he is trying to stay away from the poop
sits the wipe on the table.. yes the table .. where we were eatting
dallas freaks out
i hand wayne more wipes to clean and santize the table
we still wait for the cake
they are lighting candles

finally ...they come with the cake and sing
as soon as they are done
i get em and his diaper stuff
and try to get to bathroom without everyone seeing the poop all over him
and without getting it all over me

after 5 mintues of de-pooping the baby
we return
to a poop free table
